Our boots follow Brazilian sizing, which corresponds to EU and UK measurements. You can find our detailed size conversion chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours from London.
- UK: Standard Delivery (2–3 business days).
- Europe: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–7 business days via DHL Express.
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Yes. Our production partners in Brazil follow ethical sourcing and environmentally responsible tanning processes. When we use leather, it comes from by-products of the food industry, and all suppliers maintain strong ESG commitments.
For leather boots: use a soft, dry cloth after each wear and apply leather conditioner regularly.
For suede styles: brush gently with a suede brush to remove marks.
Always store your boots upright in their dust bag, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After your item ships, changes and cancellations will no longer be possible.
